Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 
 
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. 
 
Some types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are non-refundable. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your refund, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. 
 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
 
THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHERE ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED: (IF APPLICABLE)
> A book with obvious signs of use
> A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened.
> Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing for reasons unrelated to
our error.
> Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 
 
REFUND POLICY (IF APPLICABLE) 
 
Once your refund is received and verified, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
 
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. 
 
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 
 
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published. 
 
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is sent.

ITEMS FOR SALE (IF APPLICABLE) 
 
Only regular items can be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. 
 
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE) 
 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at sapfir555@gmail.com and send your product to: Rahu 14-164, Narva 20606, Estonia, Narva 44, 20606, Estonia. 
 
GIFTS 
 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your refund. As soon as the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. 
 
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the giver sent the order to himself to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the giver, and he will know about your refund. 
 
DELIVERY OF RETURN 
 
To return an item, you must send it to: Rahu 14-164, Narva 20606, Estonia. 
 
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. The shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 
 
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 
 
If you are shipping an item worth more than $ 75, you should consider using a tracked delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
